Description The LEDE Model XD381X (6-inch) is an industry-leading fire protection valve designed for seamless integration into Schedule 40 (SCH40) grooved piping systems. This valve serves as a critical zone control component, allowing for system isolation while providing electronic supervision of the valve’s status. Equipped with a high-torque Gear Operator, the XD381X ensures smooth, slow-close operation to prevent damaging water hammer in the pipeline. The internal Tamper Switch is factory-installed and pre-wired with two sets of SPDT contacts, allowing for simultaneous connection to a fire alarm control panel and a local signaling device. The ductile iron disc is fully encapsulated in EPDM rubber, utilizing LEDE?s patented self-sealing technology to ensure zero-leakage performance and a long service life.
