Every assembly is supplied with a certified frame and factory-fitted intumescent seals, ensuring total compliance with building regulations for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Key Features Integrity (E) & Insulation (I): Specifically rated to maintain structural integrity (E) and can be upgraded to provide insulation (I) to prevent heat transfer. FD Ratings: Clearly categorized by minutes of protection (e.g., FD30, FD60, FD90, FD120, FD240). Intumescent Seals: Factory-fitted graphite-based seals that expand significantly at high temperatures to seal the gap between the door leaf and frame. Zintec Steel Construction: Uses electrolytic zinc-coated steel for superior paint adhesion and rust resistance.
