The FIRECEL SR114E, manufactured by Cavicel S.p.A. in Italy, is a premium Enhanced fire-resistant cable engineered for mission-critical life safety and firefighting systems. This specific configuration features a 2.5mm² cross-sectional area with 4 insulated cores plus a dedicated earth wire. Utilizing Solid Class 1 plain annealed copper conductors, this cable provides excellent electrical conductivity and the rigidity required for secure, high-integrity installations in fire alarm clips, trays, or trunking. Technical Specification Conductor: Plain annealed copper wire, Solid Class 1 according to EN 60228, providing maximum terminal stability and low resistance. Primary Fire Barrier: High-temperature Mica/Glass fire-resistant tape wrapped directly over the conductors to ensure circuit integrity. Secondary Insulation: High-performance fire-resistant Silicone Rubber (Type EI2) compliant with BS EN 50363-1. Core Configuration: 4 insulated cores precisely cabled together.
